D-ball Medicine Balls

Our D-Ball Medicine Balls are manufactured in the USA and used in CrossFit gyms, commercial gyms, and rehabilitation facilities around the world. Despite their rubberized exterior, they produce a consistent dead bounce as slam balls, and because most D-Balls are sized at the same diameter (9” for all balls between 8LB and 25LB; 10.6” for 30LB and up), athletes can also benefit from consistency in lifting-leverage and hand placement as they move up to heavier weights.

D-Ball Medicine Ball training can produce similar strength and power training benefits to Olympic lifting. With the ball held off the centerline, it can be particularly advantageous for improving an athlete’s range of motion, flexibility, and core strength.
